Gold Heart Mail Club Subscription Policy

Renewal

The Gold Heart Mail Club is a monthly subscription with automatic renewal every 30 days.
Customers may pause their subscription at any time through their account.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made before the 30th of each month to avoid automatic renewal on the 1st.
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled after payment for the current month has been processed.
Any period that has already been billed is non-refundable.

Shipping

Gold Heart Mail Club mailings are prepared and shipped around the 5th of each month.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location.

Refunds

No refunds are offered for:

• subscriptions,

• envelopes that have already been shipped,

• postal delays beyond our control.

All purchases are considered final.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and up to date.
No compensation or replacement shipment will be provided if an incorrect address was provided by the customer.

Pricing

The subscription price is fixed unless otherwise stated.
Gold Heart Club reserves the right to change the subscription price, with advance notice provided to the customer before any change takes effect.

Acceptance

By subscribing, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the terms of this Subscription Policy.
